Inleiding
Stookhok met jongveeschuur gebouwd in 1922-1923 naar ontwerp van C.J.M Modderman met decoratieve elementen uit de Art Nouveau. De schuur is in een betonmengsel opgetrokken waarbij gebruik gemaakt werd van het puin van de door brand verwoeste voorganger.
Omschrijving
Op rechthoekige grondslag gebaseerd en opgetrokken in een monoliet gestort ongewapend betonmengsel met in de topgevel licht getoogde gietijzeren stalvensters; topschoorsteen en loopdeur in zijgevel. Zijgevels met mestdeuren en stalvensters. De achtergevel in gerabbat hout met schuurdeur, loopdeur en zolderluik.
Waardering
Stookhok met jongveeschuur van cultuurhistorisch en architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege het pionierskarakter (experiment in de betonbouw) en daarmee van bijzondere betekenis voor de ontwikkeling van de bouwtechniek. Zeldzaam.

Based on a rectangular ground plan and constructed in monolithic cast unreinforced concrete mixture with in the gable slightly arched cast-iron stable windows; gable chimney and access door in side facade. Side facades with manure doors and stable windows. The rear facade in rebated timber with barn door, access door and attic hatch.
Valuation
Firing house with young cattle shed of cultural-historical and architectural-historical significance because of its pioneering character (experiment in concrete construction) and thereby of particular significance for the development of building technology. Rare.
