Omschrijving
LOODS, daterend uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw. De loods ligt op het zuidelijk uiteinde van het complex en is geplaatst op een rechthoekige plattegrond. Het één bouwlaag en één kapverdieping tellende pand wordt gedekt door een zadeldak, met wolfseind op de zijde van de Bierkade, voorzien van zwarte Hollandse pannen. De nok van het dak staat loodrecht op de Bierkade. De gevel aan de zijde van de Bierkade heeft op de begane grond een grote ingang met een dubbele houten deur. Aan weerszijden van de ingang bevindt zich een vierruits rond venster. Boven de ingang is de gevel voorzien van een dubbele houten deur van een dakkapel, welke de houten geprofileerde daklijst doorsnijdt en wordt bekroond door een houten tympaan. De zijgevel van de loods is door een latere uitbouw niet duidelijk te zien. Halverwege de gevelwand zijn over de totale breedte staafankers bevestigd, welke tevens ter hoogte van de daklijst geplaatst zijn. Tussen de de eerste rij ankers zijn enkele luchtgaten gemetseld.
De achtergevel aan de zijde van de Zilverstraat heeft op de begane grond twee ronde vensters met een twaalfruits gietijzeren roedenverdeling en voorzetroosters. Aan beide zijden van deze vensters bevindt zich een staafanker. Boven de vensters bevinden zich drie staafankers met aan weerszijden een kruisvormig muuranker. De kapverdieping bezit een tweeluik van hout. In de topgevel zijn nog drie staafankers bevestigd.
Waardering
De loods is van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische en cultuurhistorische waarde, als zijnde een grotendeels gaaf bewaard gebleven voorbeeld van een industrieloods uit omstreeks 1900. Tevens heeft de loods een ensemblewaarde in relatie tot de aangrenzende bebouwing van het complex.

SHED, dating from the early 20th century. The shed is located at the southern end of the complex and is set on a rectangular floor plan. The building, comprising one storey and one roof storey, is covered by a gabled roof with a half-hipped roof on the side of the Bierkade, furnished with black Dutch tiles. The ridge of the roof is perpendicular to the Bierkade. The facade on the side of the Bierkade has on the ground floor a large entrance with a double wooden door. On either side of the entrance is a four-pane round window. Above the entrance, the facade is furnished with a double wooden door of a roof dormer, which cuts through the wooden moulded drip moulding and is crowned by a wooden tympanum. The side facade of the shed is not clearly visible due to a later extension. Halfway along the facade wall, bar anchors are attached across the full width, which are also placed at the height of the drip moulding. Between the first row of anchors, a few air vents are mortared in.
The rear facade on the side of the Zilverstraat has on the ground floor two round windows with a twelve-pane cast-iron glazing bars and protective grilles. On either side of these windows is a bar anchor. Above the windows are three bar anchors with a cross-shaped wall anchor on either side. The roof storey has a two-part wooden casement. In the gable top, three more bar anchors are attached.
Valuation
The shed is of general interest on account of its architectural-historical and cultural-historical value, being a largely well-preserved example of an industrial shed from around 1900. Furthermore, the shed has ensemble value in relation to the adjacent buildings of the complex.
