Eclectisch HERENHUIS, 1907, in de gesloten oostwand van de Wilhelminasingel.
Omschrijving
Herenhuis op L-vormige plattegrond. Hoofdvolume met souterrain, drie bouwlagen en zolderverdieping, gedekt door een mansardedak. Leien in Maasdekking op het dakschild, muldenpannen op de overige dakvlakken.
Bakgoten op stucconsoles. Twee dakkapellen met verticaal ingedeelde rechthoekige houten vensters, horizontale roedeverdeling en houten fronton. Aanbouw van twee lagen onder plat dwars op de achtergevel.
Vrijwel symmetrische ingedeelde voorgevel met een drietal traveeën. In de eerste bouwlaag - waarin een hardstenen plint met kaderornamenten en dorpellijstconsoles, alsmede rustica stucwerk - een rechthoekige houten paneeldeur met afgerond glas-in-lood bovenlicht en twee rechthoekige houten vensters met afgerond bovenlicht. Sluitstenen in sierlijk stucwerk.
De optrek is vanaf de tweede laag uitgevoerd in lichtgetinte baksteen, gemetseld in koppen verband en voorzien van gepleisterde speklagen. Centraal in de tweede bouwlaag een houten erker op consoles, aan weerszijden geflankeerd door afgeronde balkons met smeedijzeren balustrade. De erker heeft afgeronde glas-in-lood bovenlichten. In de derde laag centraal geplaatste dubbele houten balkondeur met afgerond bovenlicht, waarvoor een smeedijzeren balkonbalustrade, die de erker lijkt te bekronen. Aan weerszijden houten T-vensters met afgeronde bovenlichten en balusters onder de dorpellijst. Gestucte venster- en deurlijsten. Gestucte kroonlijst met guirlandes tussen de bakgootconsoles.

Townhouse on L-shaped floor plan. Main volume with basement, three storeys and attic storey, covered by a mansard roof. Slates in Maas bond on the roof slope, pantiles on the remaining roof surfaces.
Roof gutters on stucco consoles. Two roof dormers with vertically divided rectangular wooden windows, horizontal glazing bar pattern and wooden pediment. Extension of two storeys with flat roof set transversely against the rear facade.
Nearly symmetrically arranged front facade with three bays. On the first storey - which contains an ashlar plinth with frame ornamentation and sill moulding consoles, as well as rustica stucco work - a rectangular wooden panelled door with rounded leaded glass fanlight and two rectangular wooden windows with rounded fanlight. Closing stones in delicate stucco work.
The wall construction from the second storey onwards is executed in light-toned brick, laid in header bond and provided with rendered mortar bands. Centrally on the second storey a wooden oriel on consoles, flanked on either side by rounded balconies with wrought-iron balustrade. The oriel has rounded leaded glass fanlights.
