Gietijzeren TOEGANGSHEK, geplaatst op de dam over de wegsloot, gelegen op het meest noordelijke deel van het erf van het boerderijcomplex.
Omschrijving
Dubbel gietijzeren toegangshek, bestaande uit twee in de dam verankerde pijlers met daartussen een naar binnen openslaand dubbel hek en aan de buitenzijde van de pijlers een kleine hekvleugel. De pijlers zijn voorzien van een verticale profilering, horizontale banden en een bolvormige decoratieve bekroning. Het dubbele hek heeft deels spijlen met gedraaide punten, deels spijlen met lelie-achtige topdecoratie. De hekvleugels aan de buitenzijde zijn voorzien van grote smeedijzeren krullen.
Waardering
Het hek is van algemeen belang uit cultuur- en architectuurhistorisch oogpunt als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van boerderijcomplex "Leeuwarden" en als merendeels gaaf bewaard gebleven voorbeeld van een laat 19de-eeuwse erfafscheiding.

Cast-iron ENTRANCE GATE, placed on the dam over the road ditch, situated on the most northern part of the farmyard of the farmyard complex.
Description
Double cast-iron entrance gate, consisting of two pillars anchored in the dam with between them a double gate opening inwards and on the outside of the pillars a small gate wing. The pillars are furnished with vertical fluting, horizontal bands and a spherical decorative crown. The double gate has partly bars with twisted points, partly bars with lily-like top decoration. The gate wings on the outside are furnished with large wrought-iron scrolls.
Valuation
The gate is of general importance from a cultural and architectural-historical perspective as a historic-functional component of the farmyard complex "Leeuwarden" and as a largely well-preserved example of a late 19th-century plot boundary enclosure.
