Omstreeks de eeuwwisseling voor een Joodse familie gebouwd eenvoudig woonhuis.
Omschrijving
Woonhuis van één bouwlaag met zolderverdieping onder een met bouletpannen gedekt, afgeknot schilddak. Het drie traveeën brede pand heeft een gepleisterde plint, rechtgesloten vensters onder strekken, een doorlopende lekdorpel, een kroonlijst en een betegeld rondboogportiek met deur onder bovenlicht en stucplafond met plantmotieven in rozet. Op de kroonlijst een zeer grote gemetselde dakkapel met gebeeldhouwde vleugelstukken en bewerkte stijlen in de samengestelde vensterpartij, die is bekroond door een gebroken profiellijst. De gevelopeningen en de dakkapel worden geaccentueerd door gestucte blokken.
Waardering
Het pand is een aardig voorbeeld van eclectische architectuur rond de eeuwwisseling en is derhalve van architectuur-historische waarde. Het is bovendien een belangrijk, in de bocht van het Buitenkwartier gelegen, onderdeel van de bebouwing.

Description
Residential house of one storey with attic floor under a hipped roof covered with Boulet tiles. The three-bay wide building has a plastered plinth, right-angled windows under stretches, a continuous drip moulding, a cornice and a tiled round-arched portico with door under fanlight and stucco ceiling with plant motifs in rosette. On the cornice a very large brick roof dormer with carved wing pieces and worked styles in the combined window section, which is crowned by a broken moulding. The facade openings and the roof dormer are accentuated by plastered blocks.
Valuation
The building is a pleasant example of eclectic architecture around the turn of the century and is therefore of architectural-historical value. It is moreover an important component, situated in the bend of the Buitenkwartier, of the building development.
