Ten oosten van het hoofdgebouw aan het begin van de toerit met de lindenallee nabij de spoorovergang gelegen uit 1906 daterende onderkelderde woning van één bouwlaag onder met leien gedekt afgeknot schilddak; rustica plint met kelderraampjes; hardstenen trap van zes treden naar de voordeur; trap voorzien van eenvoudige smeedijzeren leuningen; hardstenen deuromlijsting, zesruitsvensters in hardsteen gevat, hoekketting in rustica hardsteen; oostgevel twee vensters, achtergevel beneden gietijzeren vensters, op de parterre twee dichtgezette vensters; westgevel één dichtgezet venster en één zesruitsvenster; dakkapellen toegevoegd.

Situated to the east of the main building at the beginning of the access drive with the lime tree avenue near the level crossing, a dwelling from 1906 with a cellar comprising one storey under a hipped roof covered with slate; rusticated plinth with cellar windows; hardstone steps of six treads to the front door; steps provided with simple wrought-iron railings; hardstone door frame, six-light windows set in hardstone, corner chain in rusticated hardstone; east facade two windows, rear facade below cast-iron windows, on the ground floor two blocked-up windows; west facade one blocked-up window and one six-light window; roof dormers added.
