N.B. Garage-aanbouw aan westelijke zijgevel is recent en komt niet voor bescherming in aanmerking.
Omschrijving
Op een vierkante plattegrond gebouwde, aan vier zijden vrijstaande, villa bestaande uit drie bouwlagen met een rechte gevelbeëindiging onder een tentdak met shingles en steekkappen waarop pinakels en eveneens shingles en met uitkragende, houten daklijst boven een bakstenen fries. De villa is geheel in baksteen uitgevoerd behalve de middentravee van de voorgevel; deze is uitgevoerd in een lichtkleurige natuursteen. De twee buitenste traveeën van de voorgevel zijn uitgevoerd als risaliet en zijn beide voorzien van een mansardekap. De oostelijke zijgevel bestaat uit drie traveeën waarvan de middelste als risaliet is uitgevoerd. Deze risaliet heeft in plaats van een kapverdieping een volwaardige verdieping die gedekt wordt door een terugliggend schilddak.
De westelijke zijgevel heeft in de linkertravee een serre met bovenliggend, ommuurd balkon. De dakkapel aan deze gevelzijde eindigt in een top.
De verticaal gelede vensters met houten kozijnen met bovenlichten, waarvan enkele met glas-in-lood ramen, zijn evenredig over alle geveldelen verdeeld. De gevelvlakken zijn verlevendigd door toepassing van bepleisterde natuurstenen cordonbanden, door bepleisterde natuurstenen versieringsmotieven in de borstwering en het fries en door siermetselwerk. Dakkapel boven de middenrisaliet van de voorgevel heeft een verhoogde lijstgevel. Natuurstenen portiek met hardstenen trap in middentravee van voorgevel. Houten, rondboogvormige toegangsdeur met glas-in-lood bovenlichten.
Aan straatzijde bakstenen ommuring met sierijzeren hekwerk.

Description
A villa built on a square ground plan, standing free on all four sides, consisting of three storeys with a straight façade termination under a hipped roof with shingles and covering tiles on which are pinnacles and also shingles, and with projecting, wooden cornice above a brick frieze. The villa is entirely executed in brick except for the middle bay of the front façade; this is executed in light-coloured natural stone. The two outer bays of the front façade are executed as risalits and are both provided with a mansard roof. The eastern side façade consists of three bays of which the middle one is executed as a risalit. This risalit has instead of a roof storey a full storey which is covered by a recessed hipped roof.
The western side façade has in the left bay a conservatory with an overlying, walled balcony. The dormer on this façade side ends in a peak.
The vertically articulated windows with wooden frames with fanlights, some of which have leaded glass windows, are proportionally distributed across all façade sections. The façade areas are enlivened by the application of plastered natural-stone string courses, by plastered natural-stone decorative motifs in the parapet and the frieze and by decorative brickwork. Dormer above the middle risalit of the front façade has a raised cornice-topped façade. Natural-stone portico with stone steps in middle bay of front façade. Wooden, semicircular-arched entrance door with leaded glass fanlights.
