Rechterpand van een in donker baksteen uitgevoerde reeks van drie winkelwoonhuizen bestaande uit een winkel op de beganegrond, een eerste verdieping, tweede verdieping en een kapverdieping onder een schilddak bedekt met pannen.
De voorgevel heeft een hoge, deels verdiepte winkelpui waarbij boven de recht afgesloten etalegeruit een hoog getoogd bovenlicht is aangebracht.
Rechts van de twee H-vensters op elke verdieping puntvormige erker op uitkragende console. De rechte vensters hebben door houten roeden onderverdeelde bovenlichten.
Onder de overstekende goot op klossen is een fries aangebracht in gele in gele steen met kruisornamenten. Dit accent is ook terug te vinden in de pijlerachtige detaillering tussen de bogen van de winkelpanden. Dit effect wordt ondersteund door de kop van de muur tussen de twee winkelpuien (tegenwoordig met natuurstenen platen omkleed): de schacht van de muurpijler is teruggeplaatst, het kapiteel en de impost daarentegen zitten in één vlak met de gevel. De erkers rusten op scherp gesneden consoles van berg- en baksteen en ontwikkelen zich via twee kraagsteentjes tot een zuivere driehoeksvorm. Onder de rechter erker bevindt zich de ingangsportiek met entree naar de bovenwoning. Links bevindt zich de entree naar de winkel. De beglaasde paneeldeuren zijn in oorsprong alle voorzien van een drieledig bovenlicht, midden boven een dakkapel.
Het rechterhuis is ondiep in verband met de lichtinval en de hoekbebouwing. Het trapportaal en de woonkamers zijn zeer royaal van maat. Op de tweede verdieping zijn de slaapkamers ondergebracht met de grote zolder als bergruimte. Op het dak zijn drie dakkapellen geplaatst. De voorgevel wordt verder geaccentueerd door de natuurstenen afwerking van de consoles en de eveneens natuurstenen hoekstenen boven de erkervensters.
Waardering
In Rationalistische stijl vormgegeven winkelwoons deel uitmakend van een reeks van drie, van belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische en typologische waarde.

Right unit of a series of three shop-dwellings executed in dark brick consisting of a shop on the ground floor, a first floor, second floor and an attic storey under a hipped roof covered with tiles.
The front facade has a high, partly recessed shopfront with above the straight-finished display window a high arched fanlight.
To the right of the two H-windows on each floor a pointed bay on an overhanging console. The straight windows have fanlights subdivided by wooden glazing bars.
Under the overhanging eave on corbels a frieze is provided in yellow stone with cross ornaments. This accent is also found in the pillar-like detailing between the arches of the shopfronts. This effect is supported by the head of the wall between the two shopfronts (nowadays clad with natural stone plates): the shaft of the wall pillar is set back, the capital and the impost however sit flush with the facade. The bays above the shopfronts are designed as independent volumes; they apparently pierce the wall surface and intersect with their pyramid roofs the brick frieze and the gutter line. The bays rest on sharply cut consoles of stone and brick and develop via two corbel stones into a pure triangular form. Below the right bay is the entrance portico with entrance to the upper residence. On the left is the entrance to the shop. The glazed panel doors are originally provided with a three-part fanlight, in the centre above a roof dormer.
The right house is shallow due to light intake and corner development. The stairway and living rooms are very generously proportioned. On the second floor the bedrooms are located with the large attic as storage space. Three roof dormers are placed on the roof. The front facade is further accentuated by the natural stone finishing of the consoles and the likewise natural stone corner stones above the bay windows.
