Herenhuis van het complex Teniersstraat 6 / Johannes Vermeerstraat 35-45. Dit aan de rechterzijde van het complex gelegen herenhuis is lager en breder dan de overige herenhuizen van het complex en maakt een kleine voorsprong ten opzichte van de herenhuizen ter linkerzijde. Het wordt gedekt door een zadeldak met rode pannen. Eenvoudige daklijst. Men onderscheidt drie bouwlagen boven het maaiveld: begane grond, verdieping en kapverdieping.
De West- of voorgevel is op het niveau van de begane grond opgebouwd uit natuursteen. Aan de rechterzijde bevindt zich de toegangspartij bestaande uit een houten dubbele toegangsdeur met panelen en met traliewerk voor de lichten. Aan weerszijden een smal lichtvenster en verder een breed thans ongeleed bovenlicht. De overige vensters bestaan uit een enkelvoudig raam met boven het kalf een groot tripartiet bovenlicht. Op de muurdammen en aan weerszijden van het bovenlicht van de toe gangsdeur natuurstenen geprofileerde korbeelstukken. De laatstgenoemde dragen een klein balcon met opengewerkte natuurstenen borstwering met sierbollen op de hoeken. De overige korbeelstukken dragen een zware cordonlijst. Op de verdieping aan de linkerzijde een ondiepe erker. Vensterpartij bestaande uit zes ramen. Gebruik van natuursteen en baksteen decoratief afgewisseld. Zandstenen accenten in hoekstenen, bandwerk en ruitvormen. De bovenzijde van de erker loopt uit in een trapezoïdale opbouw in de topgevel. Deze opbouw heeft een enkelvoudig venster, een kroonlijst en afwisselend gebruik van hout en baksteen. Boven deze opbouw nog een hijsbalk. Aan het resterende gevelvlak ziet men op de verdieping de toegangsdeur tot het kleine balcon. Deze toegangsdeur heeft zij- en bovenlicht. Verder natuurstenen banden en blokken in geometrische verdeling. In het fries decoratief gebruik van baksteen. Puntgevel met aan de rechterzijde twee vensters met draairamen, profiellijsten en beschoten geveltop boven uitkraging op klossen. Aanduiding van makelaar en hanebalk. Verder eenvoudige wind veer met aan de uiteinden een rechthoekige afsluiting; ruimte en bescherming biedend aan de daarachter gelegen zakgoot.
De Oost- of achtergevel toont een brede vensterpartij met bovenlichten op het niveau van de verdieping. Boven dit venster het houten hek van het balcon. Eenvoudige daklijst met windveer.

Townhouse of the complex Teniersstraat 6 / Johannes Vermeerstraat 35-45. This townhouse located on the right side of the complex is lower and wider than the other townhouses of the complex and projects slightly forward compared to the townhouses on the left side. It is covered by a gabled roof with red tiles. Simple cornice. Three storeys are distinguished above ground level: ground floor, first floor and attic storey.
The west or front facade is constructed of natural stone at ground floor level. On the right side is the entrance section consisting of a wooden double entrance door with panels and with lattice work for the lights. On either side a narrow fanlight and further a broad now undivided fanlight. The remaining windows consist of a single sash window with above the glass a large tripartite fanlight. On the wall piers and on either side of the fanlight of the entrance door profiled natural stone corbel pieces. The latter support a small balcony with open-worked natural stone balustrade with ornamental balls at the corners. The other corbel pieces support a heavy string course. On the first floor on the left side a shallow bay. Window section consisting of six sashes. Use of natural stone and brick decoratively alternated. In the frieze decorative use of brick. Pointed gable with on the right side two windows with casement windows, mouldings and boarded gable top above a bracket on corbels. Indication of a maker's mark and tie beam. Further simple weather vane with at the ends a rectangular closure; providing space and protection for the rear valley gutter.
The east or rear facade shows a broad window section with fanlights at first floor level. Above this window the wooden railing of the balcony. Simple cornice with weather vane.
