Herenhuis van het complex Teniersstraat 6 / Johannes Vermeerstraat 35-45. Gedekt door een zadeldak met rode pannen. Hoge schoorstenen met verstevigingsanker en trekstang. Eenvoudige daklijst. Men onderscheidt vier bouwlagen boven het maaiveld: begane grond, verdieping, verdere verdieping en kapverdieping. De West- of voorgevel is op het niveau van de begane grond opgebouwd uit natuursteen. Aan de linkerzijde bevindt zich de toegangspartij bestaande uit een houten dubbele toegangsdeur met panelen en met traliewerk voor de lichten. Aan weerszijden een smal lichtvenster en verder een vijfruits bovenlicht. De vensters bestaan uit een enkelvoudig raam met boven het kalf een groot bovenlicht. Op de muurdammen en aan weerszijden van het bovenlicht van de toegangsdeur natuurstenen geprofileerde korbeelstukken. De laatstgenoemde dragen een klein balcon met opengewerkte natuurstenen borstwering met sierbollen op de hoeken. De overige korbeelstukken dragen een zware cordon lijst. Op de verdiepingen aan de rechterzijde een ondiepe erker. Op iedere verdieping toont de erker een vensterpartij bestaande uit zes ramen. Gebruik van natuursteen en metselwerk decoratief afgewisseld. Zandstenen accenten in hoekstenen, bandwerk en ruitvormen. De bovenzijde van de erker loopt uit in een puntgevel met houten beschot, venster met dubbel draairaam, hijsbalk en eenvoudige windveer. Aan het resterende gevelvlak ziet men op de verdieping de toegangsdeur tot het kleine balcon. Toegangsdeur met zij- en bovenlicht met gemetselde hanekam. Op de verdere verdieping een venster met bovenlicht boven het kalf. Verder natuurstenen banden in geometrische verdeling. Natuur- en zandstenen blokken. In het fries alsmede naast het bovenlicht van het venster van de tweede of verdere verdieping decoratief gebruik van baksteen in vlechtwerkmotief. Puntgevel met aan de linkerzijde twee vensters met dubbele ramen, profiellijsten en beschoten geveltop boven uitkraging met klossen. Verder eenvoudige windveer met aan de rechterzijde vierkante afsluiting en aan de linkerzijde een iets hogere beeindiging, ruimte en bescherming biedend aan de daarachter gelegen zakgoot.
De Oost- of achtergevel maakt op het niveau van de begane grond en verdieping een voorsprong. In deze voorsprong T-vensters en bredere vensterpartij met bovenlichten. Op de voorsprong een balcon met houten hek. Deur met bovenlicht verleent toegang tot balcon. Daarnaast een breed en geleed venster met bovenlichten. In de topgevel twee T-vensters. Aan de rechterzijde de helft van een uitgebouwde schoorsteen. Eenvoudige daklijst met windveer op klossen of gordingkoppen.

Townhouse of the complex Teniersstraat 6 / Johannes Vermeerstraat 35-45. Covered by a gabled roof with red tiles. High chimneys with reinforcement anchor and tension rod. Simple cornice. Four storeys are distinguished above ground level: ground floor, first floor, second floor and attic storey. The West or front facade is constructed of natural stone at ground floor level. On the left side is the entrance section consisting of a wooden double entrance door with panels and with lattice work for the lights. On either side a narrow light window and further a five-light fanlight. The windows consist of a single frame with above the transom a large fanlight. On the wall piers and on either side of the fanlight of the entrance door naturally-faced profiled corbel blocks. The latter support a small balcony with openwork natural stone balustrade with ornamental balls at the corners. The remaining corbel blocks support a heavy cordon moulding. On the upper storeys on the right side a shallow bay window. On each storey the bay window shows a window section consisting of six windows. Use of natural stone and brickwork decoratively alternated. Sandstone accents in corner stones, band work and diamond shapes. The top of the bay window terminates in a pointed gable with wooden boarding, window with double casement window, hoisting beam and simple wind brace. On the remaining facade surface one sees on the first floor the entrance door to the small balcony. Entrance door with side and fanlight with brick hogsback ridge. On the second floor a window with fanlight above the transom. Further natural stone bands in geometric division. Natural and sandstone blocks. In the frieze as well as beside the fanlight of the window of the second or further storey decorative use of brick in lattice work motif. Pointed gable with on the left side two windows with double sashes, profile mouldings and boarded gable top above corbelling with blocks. Further simple wind brace with on the right side square termination and on the left side a slightly higher ending, space and protection providing to the valley gutter behind it.
The East or rear facade has a projection at ground floor and first floor level. In this projection T-windows and wider window section with fanlights. On the projection a balcony with wooden railing. Door with fanlight provides access to balcony. Adjacent to it a broad and articulated window with fanlights. In the top gable two T-windows. On the right side half of a built-out chimney. Simple cornice with wind brace on blocks or girding heads.
