Inleiding
ERF van het boerderijcomplex aan Jan Glijnisweg, tussen Maria Zegwaart-de Korte erf en Bongert. Onder het erf wordt verstaan het grondgebied rond de stolpboerderij aan de Jan Glijnisweg dat circa 70 meter breed is en circa 250 meter diep. De zuidzijde van het erf wordt begrensd door een sloot langs de Jan Glijnisweg, de west- en noordzijde door een afwateringssloot, de oostzijde gedeeltelijk door een afwateringssloot.
Omschrijving
De zuidelijke helft van het erf wordt door een lange oprijlaan van circa 100 meter lengte in tweeën gedeeld. Aan de westzijde van de oprijlaan is een dubbele rij loofbomen geplant, aan de oostzijde bevindt zich een sloot en een stuk weiland. De stolpboerderij staat aan het einde van de oprijlaan. Het noordelijke deel van het erf heeft een U-vormige windsingel met daartussen fruitbomen.

Het erf is van algemeen belang als historisch functioneel onderdeel van het beschreven complex (zie complexwaardering).

Introduction
ERF of the farmhouse complex on Jan Glijnisweg, between Maria Zegwaart-de Korte erf and Bongert. Under the erf is understood the ground territory around the stolp farmhouse on the Jan Glijnisweg which is approximately 70 metres wide and approximately 250 metres deep. The south side of the erf is bounded by a ditch along the Jan Glijnisweg, the west and north side by a drainage ditch, the east side partly by a drainage ditch.
Description
The southern half of the erf is divided in two by a long driveway of approximately 100 metres in length. On the west side of the driveway a double row of deciduous trees is planted, on the east side there is a ditch and a piece of pasture. The stolp farmhouse stands at the end of the driveway. The northern part of the erf has a U-shaped windbreak of trees with fruit trees between.
