Inleiding
Voormalige vrijstaande PASTORIE, gebouwd in 1869 in eclectische bouwtrant. De pastorie is gesitueerd aan de oostzijde van de Dorpsstraat. De voormalige pastorie behoort bij de laat-gotische kerk die ten zuiden van de pastorie ligt en die dateert uit de 14de eeuw en verder. De kerk geniet reeds rijksbescherming (adres: Dorpsstraat 93 te Warmenhuizen, monumentnr. 38276). De huidige functie van de pastorie is een dubbel woonhuis.
N.B. De twee aanbouwen en het interieur vallen niet onder de bescherming.
Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan gebouwde pastorie, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen onder een met zwartgeglazuurde Holandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. De noklijn van hetdak loopt evenwijdig aan de straat. Het dak heeft een overstek aan kop- en langsgevels, de windveren en gootlijst zijn voorzien van een gesneden sierrand met druppelmotieven. De windveren hebben nok- en hoekmakelaars. Op de nok staan twee rechthoekige schoorstenen.
Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in rode baksteen boven een iets uitgemetselde plint. Ter hoogte van de balklagen zijn op diverse plaatsen in het muurwerk de schieters van de (sier)ankers zichtbaar. Op de hoeken van de gevels zijn gepleisterde pilasters aangebracht: op de begane grond zijn deze voorzien van voegen ter imitatie van natuursteenblokken, op de eerste verdieping van een spaarveld boven een diamantkop.
De voorgevel (W) is vijf traveeën breed, waarvan de middelste op de begane grond de voordeur bevat: een fraai gedecoreerde paneeldeur met bovenlicht. De deur is bereikbaar via een hardstenen stoep met drie treden. De overige traveeën bevatten elk een rechthoekig houten zesruitsschuifvenster, waarvan de bovendorpel licht gebogen is, met luiken. Op de eerste verdieping bevatten de traveeën elk een rechthoekig houten vierruitsdraaivenster. Alle vensters (en bovenlichten) worden bekroond door een strek. De gevel wordt, zoals gezegd, op de hoeken begrensd door de hoekpilasters. De bovenzijde wordt afgesloten door het dakoverstek met geprofileerde goot en gesneden sierrand.
De indeling van de vijf traveeën brede achtergevel (O) is ongeveer gelijk aan die van de voorgevel. De deur in de middentravee is echter wat smaller en eenvoudiger, de begane grondvensters hebben geen luiken en het venster boven de deur op de eerste verdieping is vervangen door een zeer klein vierkant venster. De begane grondvensters hebben vierruitsdraairamen met een tweeruitsbovenlicht. Tussen de twee rechter vensters is op kniehoogte een harstenen gedenksteen aangebracht met de tekst "DE EERSTE STEENEN AAN DIT GEBOUW ZIJN GELEGD DEN 2DEN APRIL 1869. DOOR JB DE MOOR. OUD 5 1/2 JAAR, JB SWAN. OUD 5 JAAR EN KS SEVENHUYSEN. OUD 3 1/2 JAAR."
De linkerzijgevel (N) is blind, op drie vensters na: een keldervenster, een rechthoekig houten vierruitsdraaivenster tussen de begane grond en de eerste verdieping en een rond ijzeren venster met spaakroeden in de topgevel.
De rechterzijgevel (Z) heeft op de begane grond nog één houten zesruitsschuifvenster met licht gebogen bovendorpel. In de topgevel bevindt zich, net als in de linkertopgevel, een rond ijzeren venster met spaakroeden.

Former detached PARSONAGE, built in 1869 in eclectic style. The parsonage is situated on the east side of Dorpsstraat. The former parsonage belongs to the late-gothic church which lies to the south of the parsonage and which dates from the 14th century and later. The church already enjoys national monument protection (address: Dorpsstraat 93 in Warmenhuizen, monument number 38276). The current function of the parsonage is a double dwelling.

Description
Parsonage built on a rectangular ground plan, consisting of two storeys under a gabled roof covered with black-glazed Dutch tiles. The ridge line of the roof runs parallel to the street. The roof has overhangs at the gable and side elevations; the roof boards and gutter line are provided with a carved decorative border with drip motifs. The roof boards have ridge and corner finials. On the ridge are two rectangular chimneys.
The masonry is constructed in red brick above a slightly projecting plinth. At the height of the floor levels, the shoots of the (ornamental) wall anchors are visible at various places in the masonry. On the corners of the elevations, plastered pilasters have been applied: on the ground floor these are provided with joints imitating natural stone blocks; on the first floor with a spandrel above a diamond head.
The front elevation (W) is five bays wide, the central one containing the front door on the ground floor: a finely decorated panel door with fanlight. The door is reached via a freestone step with three treads. The remaining bays each contain a rectangular wooden six-pane sash window, of which the upper frame is slightly curved, with shutters. On the first floor the bays each contain a rectangular wooden four-pane casement window. All windows (and fanlights) are crowned by a lintel. The elevation is, as stated, bounded at the corners by the corner pilasters. The upper part is finished with the roof overhang with profiled gutter and carved decorative border.
The division of the five-bay-wide rear elevation (E) is approximately the same as that of the front elevation. The door in the central bay is, however, somewhat narrower and simpler; the ground floor windows have no shutters and the window above the door on the first floor has been replaced by a very small square window. The ground floor windows have four-pane casement frames with a two-pane fanlight. Between the two right-hand windows a freestone commemorative plaque has been placed at knee height with the text "THE FIRST STONES OF THIS BUILDING WERE LAID ON THE 2ND OF APRIL 1869. BY JB DE MOOR. AGED 5 1/2 YEARS, JB SWAN. AGED 5 YEARS AND KS SEVENHUYSEN. AGED 3 1/2 YEARS."
