KAS. In oorsprong uit 1862 daterende en vijf afdelingen bevattende groentekas ter lengte van circa 28 meter op rechthoekige grondslag op voeting van ijsselsteen die in kop/strekverband is gemetseld met hardstenen afdekplaat, met gekikt zadeldak in ijzer en glas. De kas is door middel van glazen tussenwanden op gemetselde voetingen in drie compartimenten verdeeld en uitgevoerd met een originele draagconstructie met boog- en cirkelvormen. De top van de westelijke kopgevel wordt bekroond door een kleine ijzeren tuinvaas boven de ingang; de dubbele entreedeuren uit de bouwtijd zijn voorzien van vierruits- verdelingen. In de grootste ruimte (W) zijn de oorspronkelijke plantvakken nog aanwezig, voorzien van ijsselstenen muren; het centrale plantvak heeft een hoogte van circa 0,80 meter, de langs de zijden geplaatste plantvakken een hoogte van circa 0,30 meter. Delen van het verwarmingssysteem uit de bouwtijd - in oorsprong met roodkoperen buizen - zijn nog aanwezig.

GREENHOUSE. Originally dating from 1862 and containing five sections, a vegetable greenhouse approximately 28 metres in length on a rectangular ground plan on a foundation of ijsselsteen laid in header/stretcher bond with a hardstone coping slab, with a sloped hipped roof in iron and glass. The greenhouse is divided by means of glazed internal walls on mortared foundations into three compartments and executed with an original supporting structure with arched and circular forms. The apex of the western end gable is crowned by a small iron garden urn above the entrance; the double entrance doors from the time of construction are provided with four-pane divisions. In the largest space (W) the original planting beds are still present, provided with ijsselsteen walls; the central planting bed has a height of approximately 0.80 metres, the planting beds placed along the sides a height of approximately 0.30 metres. Parts of the heating system from the time of construction - originally with red copper pipes - are still present.
