TUINMANSWONING. In oorsprong gebouwd in 1861, naar ontwerp van C. Eggink, met een bouwlaag in ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant als dwarspand, doch aan de zuidwestzijde aan het eind van de 19de eeuw met een verdieping verhoogd onder pannen zadeldak tussen trapgevels (a- symmetrisch aan de noordoostzijde). Het lage noordelijke deel (met kelder) heeft een pannen zadeldak tegen een puntgevel. Het in ijsselsteen opgetrokken pand bevat aan drie zijden vier- en zesruitsvensters, deels met schuifvensters en deels met stolpramen en deels nog met luiken, alsmede sierankers. Hierbij heeft het noordelijk deel een zesruitsschuifvenster in de noordwestgevel, een deur met bovenlicht links en een lagere deur met bovenlicht rechts; het hogere deel telt drie venster-assen in de NW-gevel en heeft in het midden een dakkapel met trapgevel.

GARDENER'S COTTAGE. Originally built in 1861, according to a design by C. Eggink, with one storey in craftsman-traditional building manner as a transverse building, but on the southwest side at the end of the 19th century raised with a storey under tiled gabled roof between stepped gables (asymmetrical on the northeast side). The low northern section (with basement) has a tiled gabled roof against a pointed gable. The building constructed in Ijssel stone contains on three sides four- and six-pane windows, partly with sash windows and partly with casement windows and partly still with shutters, as well as ornamental wall anchors. In this connection the northern section has a six-pane sash window in the northwest facade, a door with fanlight on the left and a lower door with fanlight on the right; the higher section has three window axes in the NW facade and has in the middle a dormer with a stepped gable.
N.B. The later extension on the southeast side does not fall under the protection.
