Inleiding
Rooms katholieke pastorie, rond 1872 in opdracht van het bestuur van de Sint Willibrordusparochie gebouwd in een aan de waterstaatsstijl verwante architectuur naar ontwerp van architect C. van Genk. De pastorie is direct naast de rooms katholieke kerk (Rijksmonument) uit 1841 gelegen. Als aannemer wordt Hoppenbrouwer genoemd. Na de bouw van deze pastorie werd de oude pastorie bij de kerk getrokken.
Omschrijving
Blokvormig, 5 traveeën breed bouwvolume met verdieping; streng symmetrische opzet en geheel gepleisterde lijstgevels.
De voorgevel bezit als hoofdgevel hoeklisenen en een middenrisaliet, afgesloten door een driehoekig fronton, waarin de entree met natuurstenen omlijsting en bordestrap is opgenomen.
Voorts is deze gevel gedecoreerd met vensteromlijstingen, pleisterwerk decoraties onder de verdiepingramen, natuurstenen cordonlijst, plint en borstweringpanelen en een bloklijst in het hoofdgestel.
Houten kozijnen met afgeronde schouders, voorzien van schuiframen met 4-ruits onderramen en glas-in-lood bovenramen. Het tentdak is gedekt met gesmoorde tuile du nord en voorzien van een met zink beklede nokpiron.
De gepleisterde achtergevel bezit een middenrisaliet met ingang en enige originele vensters; overige vensters vernieuwd.
Het interieur stamt grotendeels uit de bouwtijd met ondermeer op de begane grond rijke originele stucplafonds met gedetailleerd middenmotief in linker en rechter voorkamer en rechter achterkamer. Rechter voor- en achterkamer met tussendeuren. In de benedenhal ondermeer gepleisterde wanden met gestucte pilasters; in de bovenhal sober stucplafond. Kelder met gemetselde gewelfjes met stalen ribben.

Roman Catholic rectory, built around 1872 on the orders of the board of the Sint Willibrordusparochie in an architecture related to the waterstaats style according to the design of architect C. van Genk. Description
Block-shaped, 5 bays wide building volume with upper storey; strictly symmetrical arrangement and entirely plastered cornice-topped facades.
The front facade has as main facade corner pilasters and a central risalit, closed off by a triangular pediment, in which the entrance with natural stone surround and entrance steps is incorporated.
Furthermore this facade is decorated with window surrounds, plaster work decorations below the upper storey windows, natural stone cordon line, plinth and parapet panels and a block line in the main cornice.
Wooden window frames with rounded shoulders, provided with sash windows with 4-pane lower sashes and stained-glass upper sashes. The hip roof is covered with hidden Flemish tiles and provided with a zinc-clad roof ridge ornament.
The plastered rear facade has a central risalit with entrance and some original windows; other windows renewed.
The interior largely dates from the time of construction, including on the ground floor rich original stucco ceilings with detailed central motif in left and right front room and right back room. Right front and back room with connecting doors. In the downstairs hall including plastered walls with stuccoed pilasters; in the upstairs hall simple stucco ceiling. Cellar with mortared small barrel vaults with steel ribs.
