Inleiding
Halfvrijstaand woonhuis genaamd"Waailust", in 1931 als chauffeurswoning bij "Het Wooldhuis" gebouwd, naar ontwerp van D. Roosenburg in Interbellum- architectuur.
Omschrijving
Het woonhuis heeft een min of meer rechthoekige plattegrond waarbij de voorgevel schuin is geplaatst volgens het verloop van het perceel. Het pand is opgetrokken in rode baksteen en is drie bouwlagen en een kap hoog. De voorgevel wordt voor het grootste deel ingenomen door een topgevel met rechts daarvan, iets terugliggend een langsgevel. De topgevel bevat op de begane grond een stalen garagedeur onder een latei en op de eerste en tweede verdieping drie gekoppelde vensters. Links aan de topgevel een bakstenen schoorsteen. In het terugliggende langsgeveldeel bevindt zich op de begane grond de houten voordeur met zijlicht en boven deze deur een gedenksteen met de tekst "Waailust".
De westelijke zijgevel is een langsgevel met een uitbouw ter plaatse van het trappehuis. Deze uitbouw is voorzien van een puntgeveltje met aangekapte dwarskap en twee kleine, vertikale raampjes. Geheel rechts een uitbouwtje op de begane grond en de eerste verdieping en een bakstenen schoorsteen.
De achtergevel bezit op de begane grond een achterdeur met zijlicht en een venster met horizontale roedeverdeling. Op de eerste verdieping een balkon met dubbele terrasdeur en zijlicht met horizontale roedeverdeling en in de topgevel daarboven (tweede verdieping) twee dubbele vensters met horizontale roedeverdeling.
Het zadeldak en de aankapping zijn gedekt met holle pannen; ver overstekende bakgoten.
In het interieur onder meer grotendeels originele indeling, trappehuis, deuren.
Waardering
Chauffeurswoning van architectuurhistorisch belang als vertegenwoordiger van Interbellum-architectuur en van ensemblewaarde als onderdeel van het complex.

Introduction
Semi-detached dwelling named "Waailust", built in 1931 as a chauffeur's residence at "Het Wooldhuis", designed by D. Roosenburg in Interbellum architecture.
Description
The dwelling has a more or less rectangular floor plan with the front facade set at an angle following the course of the plot. The building is constructed in red brick and is three storeys and a roof high. The front facade is predominantly occupied by a stepped gable with, to the right of it and set back slightly, a side facade. The stepped gable contains on the ground floor a steel garage door beneath a lintel and on the first and second floors three coupled windows. To the left of the stepped gable a brick chimney. In the recessed side facade section there is on the ground floor the wooden front door with sidelights and above this door a memorial stone with the text "Waailust".
The western side facade is a side facade with an extension at the location of the stairwell. This extension is fitted with a small stepped gable with attached transverse roof and two small, vertical window panes. Far right a small extension on the ground floor and first floor and a brick chimney.
The rear facade has on the ground floor a rear door with sidelights and a window with horizontal glazing bars. On the first floor a balcony with double terrace door and sidelights with horizontal glazing bars and in the stepped gable above it (second floor) two double windows with horizontal glazing bars.
The gabled roof and the attached roof are covered with hollow tiles; deeply overhanging gutters.
In the interior amongst others largely original layout, stairwell, doors.

Chauffeur's residence of architectural historical importance as a representative of Interbellum architecture and of ensemble value as part of the complex.
