DIENSTWONING. Kleine rode bakstenen 18e of 19e-eeuwse dienstwoning onder met grijze pannen gedekt schilddak, met kleine uitbouw, eveneens onder schilddak, aan de korte noordzijde. De dienstwoning heeft 6-ruitsvensters met luiken aan de zuid-, west en oostgevel. De dienstwoning (gerestaureerd in 1971) staat even ten westen van het westelijke bouwhuis.

Description
SERVICE DWELLING. Small red brick 18th or 19th-century service dwelling under a hipped roof covered with grey tiles, with a small extension, also under a hipped roof, on the short north side. The service dwelling has 6-pane windows with shutters on the south, west and east facades. The service dwelling (restored in 1971) stands just to the west of the western building workshop.
