In opdracht van E.A. Lehmann langs de Overtoom aan de straatzijde in neo-Renaissance-stijl uit 1900 op een rechthoekige plattegrond in rode baksteen opgetrokken koetshuis met koetsierswoning en poort op een hardstenen plint bestaande uit twee verdiepingen onder een samenstel van schild- en zadeldaken bedekt met zwarte pannen. De vorstpannen zijn voorzien van een ijzeren siermotief. Onder de overstekende dakgoot een rondlopend boogfries. De risalerende traveeën en de door de dakgoot brekende dakkapellen zijn voorzien van trapgevels met dekplaten. Alle vensters zijn voorzien van boogvelden met tracering en hebben een roedenverdeling.
Het koetshuis met koetsierswoning bestaat uit een voorhuis met dwarskap met haaks daarop twee achterhuizen. Een bakstenen muur en een bijgebouwtje omsluiten een aan de zuidzijde gelegen binnenplaats. Het rechterachterhuis is voorzien van een dakruiter en dakkapellen. De gevels worden verlevendigd door de toepassing van gepleisterde aanzet-, sluit- en hoekstenen, speklagen, decoratief uitgevoerde muurankers en decoratief metselwerk.
Waardering
Voormalig koetshuis met koetsierswoning en poort van belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische en typologische waarde alsmede van belang als onderdeel van het Villa Betty-complex en de prominente situering langs de Overtoom in een royale satdstuin nabij het Vondelpark.

On commission of E.A. Lehmann along the Overtoom on the street side in neo-Renaissance style from 1900 erected on a rectangular ground plan in red brick carriage house with coachman's dwelling and gateway on a hard stone plint consisting of two storeys under an assemblage of hipped and gabled roofs covered with black tiles. The ridge tiles are provided with an iron ornamental motif. Under the overhanging roof gutter a continuous arch frieze. The projecting bays and the roof dormers breaking through the roof gutter are provided with stepped gables with coping plates. All windows are provided with arch fields with tracery and have glazing bars.
The carriage house with coachman's dwelling consists of a front house with transverse roof with a right angle to it two rear houses. A brick wall and a small outbuilding enclose a courtyard situated on the south side. The right rear house is provided with a roof turret and roof dormers. The facades are enlivened by the application of plastered foundation, closure and corner stones, speckled layers, decoratively executed wall anchors and decorative brickwork.
