Object-omschrijving
Op een rechthoekige plattegrond in eclectische trant gebouwde bakstenen TUINMANSWONING bestaande uit één bouwlaag. Het schilddak, boven een uitkragende houten daklijst met sierkorbelen, is voorzien van een bakstenen en gepleisterde verhoogde dakopbouw met een boogvenster en door roeden onderverdeelde ruitvormige vensters. Boven op het flauw hellende zadeldak een gietijzeren windvaan met daarin aangegeven het bouwjaar 1853. De ingang bevindt zich aan de tuinzijde. De gevel aan het Zandpad is voorzien van drie boogvensters met houten luiken. De bovenlichten zijn voorzien van een vorktracering. Tussen de vensters rozetankers. De woning is vanaf het Zandpad toegankelijk via de rechts gelegen houten poort.

Voormalige in gave staat verkerende tuinmanswoning van typologisch en cultuurhistorisch belang als onderdeel van het tuingebouwen-complex behorend tot de oorspronkelijke pre-stedelijke bebouwing aan het Zandpad.

Built on a rectangular ground plan in eclectic manner brick GARDENER'S HOUSE consisting of one storey. The hipped roof, above an overhanging wooden roof edge with ornamental corbels, is provided with a brick and plastered raised roof structure with an arched window and diamond-shaped windows subdivided by glazing bars. On top of the gently sloping gabled roof an iron weather vane with the building year 1853 indicated therein. The entrance is located on the garden side. The facade on the Zandpad is furnished with three arched windows with wooden shutters. The fanlights are furnished with a forked tracery. Between the windows ornamental wall anchors. The house is accessible from the Zandpad via the wooden gateway located on the right.
Valuation
Former gardener's house in good condition of typological and cultural historical importance as part of the garden building complex belonging to the original pre-urban building on the Zandpad.
