Omschrijving
KOEPEL. Achthoekige rustieke houten koepel onder cirkelvormig rieten pundak. De koepel is omgaande aan de buitenzijde met verticale balkjes en aan de binnenzijde met horizontale balkjes bekleed. Tussen deze bekleding zijn restanten bewaard van een uit mos, buntgras en hooi samengestelde isolatie. Aan de voor(zuid-)zijde de getoogde entree, die, gezien de nog aanwezige duimen, oorspronkelijk van een deur was voorzien. Aan de drie achterste zijden een ruitvormig vensterkozijn, waarvan de ruiten thans ontbreken.
De koepel, die uit de 19de eeuw dateert, staat op een verhevenheid aan de westzijde van de oprijlaan, ongeveer ter hoogte van de grafheuvel.

Description
PAVILION. Octagonal rustic wooden pavilion under a circular thatched pyramidal roof. The pavilion is covered on the outside with vertical timbers and on the inside with horizontal timbers. Between this covering are preserved remains of an insulation composed of moss, bent grass and hay. On the front (south) side the arched entrance, which, given the thumbmarks still present, was originally provided with a door. On the three rear sides a diamond-shaped window frame, the panes of which are now missing.
The pavilion, which dates from the 19th century, stands on a raised area on the west side of the drive, approximately at the height of the burial mound.
