Huis met gepleisterde lijstgevel. Twee dakkapellen. Jaartalankers (1661). Rozet bovenlicht. XVII.
Het pand ,dat zich voorheen bevond op het adres Scherminkelstraat 24, werd na een in 1969 verleende sloopvergunning naar de huidige locatie verplaatst.
De voordeur is thans rechts van beide vensters gesitueerd, de dakkapellen hebben een iets andere vorm gekregen en de beide poortjes die het pand in de oude situatie flankeerden, zijn niet gereconstrueerd.

Description
House with plastered cornice-topped facade. Two roof dormers. Year anchors (1661). Rose fanlight. 17th century.
The building, which was formerly located at the address Scherminkelstraat 24, was moved to the present location after a demolition permit granted in 1969.
The front door is now situated to the right of both windows, the roof dormers have taken on a somewhat different form and the two small gates which flanked the building in the old situation have not been reconstructed.
