Omschrijving
Pand met in schoon metselwerk uitgevoerde trapgevel met topbekroning, de treden afgedekt met natuurstenen platen. Op de beganegrond een ook in de naastgelegen panden doorlopende puibalk met daaronder een 9- ruits- en een 6-ruits schuifvenster en een deur met bovenlicht, gelijk aan die van de beide buurpanden. Twee houten kruiskozijnen op de verdieping en een op zolder, alle met 4-ruits roedenverdelingen, bekroond door accolade-boogjes met ruit. De zij- en achtergevel zijn sober uitgevoerd en kennen vele vensters met kleine roedenverdeling.
Het pand, dat zich voorheen bevond op het adres Kolveniersstraat 40, werd na een op 8 mei 1968 verleende sloopvergunning naar de huidige locatie verplaatst. In de oorspronkelijke situatie was het pand gepleisterd, de topgevel afgerond en bezat het 12- en 9-ruitsschuif- vensters.

Description
Building with stepped gable executed in fair brickwork with top coping, the steps covered with natural stone slabs. On the ground floor a shopfront beam running through the adjacent buildings as well, with beneath it a 9-pane and a 6-pane sash window and a door with fanlight, similar to those of both neighbouring buildings. Two wooden cross windows on the first floor and one in the attic, all with 4-pane glazing bars, crowned by accolade arches with pane. The side and rear facades are soberly executed and have many windows with small glazing bars.
The building, which was formerly located at Kolveniersstraat 40, was relocated to its current location following a demolition permit granted on 8 May 1968. In the original situation the building was rendered, the top gable was rounded and it had 12- and 9-pane sash windows.
