SOKKEL OP DE OOSTELIJKE LENGTE-AS VAN DE BINNENTUIN. Monumentale rechthoekige hardstenen sokkel op geprofileerd voetstuk met geprofileerde afdekplaat. De sokkel werd omstreeks 1886 opgesteld als 'point de vue' in het verlengde van de oostelijke grachtarm langs het gazon ten noorden van de binnentuin aan het eindpunt van de oostelijke lengte-as van de binnentuin.
Thans is op de sokkel een recente copie van een klassieke Griekse godin geplaatst. De sokkel vormt het pendant van de sokkel aan het eindpunt van de westelijke lengte-as van de binnentuin.

Description
PLINTH ON THE EASTERN LONGITUDINAL AXIS OF THE INNER COURTYARD. Monumental rectangular hardstone plinth on moulded base with moulded coping. The plinth was set up around 1886 as a 'point de vue' in the extension of the eastern moat channel along the lawn north of the inner courtyard at the end point of the eastern longitudinal axis of the inner courtyard.
Currently, a recent copy of a classical Greek goddess is placed on the plinth. The plinth forms the pendant to the plinth at the end point of the western longitudinal axis of the inner courtyard.
