TWEE VAZEN OP SOKKELS TER WEERSZIJDEN VAN DE BRODERIE-PARTERRE ACHTER HET HUIS. Twee 17de-eeuwse monumentale kelkvormige zandstenen vazen met deksels. De hals van de vazen vertoont aan weerszijden een door guirlandes verbonden herte- en zwijnskop (westzijde) en een os- en zwijnskop (oostzijde), waaronder jachtattributen en draperieen. De vazen zijn op een monumentale vierkante zandstenen sokkel met geprofileerde afdekplaat en geprofileerd voetstuk geplaatst. De sokkel zwenkt boogsgewijs naar onderen uit. Vazen en sokkels zijn aan weerszijden van de taxus-broderie achter het huis opgesteld.

Description
TWO VASES ON PLINTHS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE EMBROIDERY PARTERRE BEHIND THE HOUSE. Two 17th-century monumental chalice-shaped sandstone vases with lids. The neck of the vases displays on either side a stag and wild boar head (west side) and an ox and wild boar head (east side) connected by garlands, beneath which are hunting attributes and drapery. The vases are placed on a monumental square sandstone plinth with moulded coping and moulded plinth. The plinth curves in a bow-shape downwards. Vases and plinths are placed on either side of the yew embroidery behind the house.
