BAKSTENEN KEERMUUR ROND DE VERDIEPTE OOSTELIJKE PARTERRE. Lage rode bakstenen keermuur met zandstenen afdekplaat op vierkante grondslag, waarin twintig zandstenen voetstukken voor vazen zijn opgenomen. De keermuur, die in de jaren 1886- 1900 rond de verdiepte parterre ten oosten van de oprijlaan is opgetrokken, is centraal aan de vier zijden voorzien van een trap van vijf treden, die naar de parterre voert.

Description
BRICK RETAINING WALL AROUND THE SUNKEN EASTERN PARTERRE. Low red brick retaining wall with sandstone coping on square base, containing twenty sandstone plinths for vases. The retaining wall, which was built around the sunken parterre to the east of the drive in the years 1886-1900, is provided centrally on all four sides with a staircase of five steps leading down to the parterre.
