Inleiding
Een in aanleg 18e-eeuwse BOERDERIJ in ambachtelijke stijl, opgezet volgens het hallehuistype met middenlangsdeel. Belangrijke wijzigingen zijn aangebracht rond 1890 waarbij het woonhuis een nieuwe gevelindeling kreeg en de diepliggende achterbaander werd verwijderd en vervangen door een baander in het vlak van de achtergevel. Inmiddels is de boerderij gerestaureerd tot woonhuis waarbij de hoofdvorm en hoofdindeling zijn gerespecteerd.
Omschrijving
Boerderij, in baksteen opgetrokken met ankerbalkgebintconstructie en gedekt door een afgewolfd riet dak met gevlochten nok en schoorsteen. Gevelopbouw woonhuis met getoogde 6-ruits schuiframen; halfronde gietijzeren zolderramen met rollaag; staafankers. De oostelijke gevel van het woonhuis bevat oude muurrestanten in handgevormde steen. Schuurgevel met getoogde gietijzeren 6-ruits stalramen en enkele mestdeuren. Achtergevel met getoogd baanderkozijn, aan weerskanten een gietijzeren rondboogvenster en op de hoek geplaatste (tot raam verbouwde) staldeuren.

Introduction
A FARMHOUSE dating from the 18th century in its layout, in craft style, set up according to the hall-house type with central longitudinal section. Important modifications were made around 1890 whereby the dwelling house received a new facade arrangement and the deep-set rear timber brace was removed and replaced by a timber brace in the plane of the rear facade. Meanwhile the farmhouse has been restored as a dwelling house whereby the main form and main arrangement have been respected.
Description
Farmhouse, built in brick with anchor-tie truss construction and covered by a cambered thatched roof with braided ridge and chimney. Facade construction of dwelling house with arched 6-pane sash windows; half-round cast-iron attic windows with roller course; rod anchors. The eastern facade of the dwelling house contains old wall remnants in hand-moulded stone. Barn facade with arched cast-iron 6-pane stable windows and several manure doors. Rear facade with arched timber-brace frame, on either side a cast-iron round-arched window and on the corner positioned (converted to window) stable doors.
