Haaks op de weg gelegen WERKPLAATS waarvan het langgerekte hoofdvolume waarschijnlijk rond 1870 is gebouwd en waaraan op de noordwesthoek een portiergebouw is gebouwd (ca 1930).
Omschrijving
Eenvoudig vormgegeven, langgerekt gebouw uit baksteen opgetrokken en gedekt door een zadeldak met pannen; goot op klossen; staafankers; twee schoorstenen; aan de westzijde een platte aanbouw. Topgevel met opgeklampte dubbele deur met bovenlicht; 12-ruits gietijzeren ramen en rondboogvensters met gietijzeren tracering. Oostzijde met 12- ruits gietijzeren ramen en vier gietijzeren rondboogramen. Westzijde met een gietijzeren rondboograam en in de platte aanbouw 9-ruits rechtgesloten ramen. Aan de noordwesthoek een octogonaal opgezet portiersgebouw met bakstenen basement, houten opbouw en plat met overstek; vier zijden met een 12-ruits raam en een zijde met een deur.

Simply designed, elongated building constructed in brick and covered by a gabled roof with tiles; gutter on corbels; rod anchors; two chimneys; on the west side a flat extension. End gable with clamped double door with fanlight; 12-pane cast-iron windows and round-arched windows with cast-iron tracery. East side with 12-pane cast-iron windows and four cast-iron round-arched windows. West side with a cast-iron round-arched window and in the flat extension 9-pane rectangular closed windows. At the northwest corner an octagonally designed porter's building with brick basement, wooden superstructure and flat with overhang; four sides with a 12-pane window and one side with a door.
