Haaks op de weg gelegen, sober en functioneel vormgegeven BOERDERIJ van het weinig voorkomende middenhuis-type, waarbij het hoger opgaande woongedeelte door aangebouwde schuren wordt geflankeerd. Het in baksteen opgetrokken gebouw wordt gedekt door met pannen belegde zadeldaken met windveren; eenvoudige goten op klossen. Het deels onderkelderde woonhuis heeft licht getoogde ramen met luiken (aan de noordzijde met de oorspronkelijke 10-ruits schuiframen met roedenverdeling); de gevels van het bedrijfsgedeelte hebben op regelmatige afstand 4-ruits stalramen. Het oostelijk schuurgedeelte was bestemd voor de stalling van vee en heeft nog de oorspronkelijke schuur- en staldeuren; ventilatieschachten op de nok.
De ERFAANLEG aan de achterzijde bestaat uit een klinkerbestrating overgaand in een onverharde erfsituatie.

Description
Situated at right angles to the road, a sober and functionally designed FARMHOUSE of the uncommonly occurring centre-house type, in which the higher rising residential section is flanked by attached barns. The building, constructed in brick, is covered by gabled roofs laid with tiles with finials; simple gutters on corbels. The partly cellared dwelling house has slightly arched windows with shutters (on the north side with the original 10-pane sash windows with glazing bars); the facades of the business section have 4-pane stable windows at regular intervals. The eastern barn section was intended for the stalling of livestock and still has the original barn and stable doors; ventilation shafts on the ridge.
The FARMYARD at the rear consists of a clinker-brick paving passing into an unpaved farmyard situation.
Valuation
Farmhouse of importance as an essential and functional component of the complex. Of architectural-historical and typological importance. Relatively intact and rare as to type.
