De op het naastliggende perceel staande overkapping van een voormalige MESTVAALT is geconstrueerd uit houten gebinten volgens het verbeterd Hollands spant en wordt gedekt door een met pannen belegd zadeldak. Een der zijgevels en de beide topgevels zijn voorzien van een gerabatte houten betimmering.
Waardering
Essentieel en functioneel onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex, tevens van architectonisch en typologisch belang. Qua type zeldzaam en betrekkelijk gaaf.

The roofing of a former MANURE PIT standing on the adjacent plot is constructed from wooden roof trusses according to the improved Dutch roof truss system and is covered by a gabled roof laid with tiles. One of the side gables and both end gables are provided with a rebated wooden cladding.
