Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ op L-vormige plattegrond en in hoofdvorm een voorbeeld van een krimpen-type; de voorgevel is gericht naar de weg. Het geheel is in baksteen opgetrokken in een sobere en functionele Interbellum Architectuur. Het woonhuis wordt gedekt door een mansardekap met pannen; licht overstek; dakkapellen. De voorgevel is symmetrisch ingedeeld met brede ramen (waaraan de oorspronkelijke roedenverdeling ontbreekt); verdieping met gekoppelde vensters; plantenbak en sober decoratief metselwerk. Het woonhuis is deels onderkelderd en voorzien van een kelderraam in de zijgevel. Het schuurgedeelte is gedekt met riet en heeft halfronde dakkapellen. De zijgevels hebben brede van een stijl en horizontale roeden voorziene stalramen. De achtergevel met inrijdeur en staldeuren is verbreed door de haakse aanbouw.

FARMHOUSE on L-shaped floor plan and in principal form an example of a shrinking type; the front facade is oriented towards the road. The whole is built in brick in a sober and functional Interwar Architecture. The residential building is covered by a mansard roof with tiles; slight overhang; roof dormer windows. The front facade is symmetrically laid out with wide windows (of which the original glazing bars are missing); upper storey with coupled windows; planter box and sober decorative brickwork. The residential building is partly cellaried and provided with a cellar window in the side gable. The barn section is covered with reed and has half-round roof dormer windows. The side gables have wide stable windows provided with a stile and horizontal bars. The rear gable with carriage entrance and stable doors is widened by the right-angle addition.
Valuation
Farmhouse of significance as essential and functional principal element of the farmyard complex also as an independent component of architectural and typological importance. Relatively intact.
