STOOKHUT naast de boerderij gelegen en gebouwd in 1909 bijgebouwd in opdracht van F. Deodatus naar ontwerp van architect H.C. Hillebrands uit Nietap.
Omschrijving
Op T-vormig grondplan gebaseerd en in baksteen opgetrokken stookhut gedekt door een zadeldak met pannen belegd; windveren; vensters van diverse afmetingen; in de topgevels een gietijzeren roosvenster.
Waardering
Stookhut, behorend bij complex, van architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege het materiaalgebruik, de grote mate van gaafheid en herkenbaarheid en van stedebouwkundig belang vanwege de bijzondere betekenis ten opzichte van de omliggende bebouwing.
