Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ bestaande uit woonhuis en schuur. De schuur heeft als oudste datum het jaartal 1857 in de sluitsteen boven de inrijdeur en de initialen F.A.; J.W. Nadien is de schuur waarschijnlijk met twee vakken verlengd en werd rond 1910 de stal verbreed waarbij het dak werd opgelicht. Het woonhuis is in 1909 bijgebouwd in Art Nouveau-stijl en in opdracht van F. Deodatus naar ontwerp van architect H.C. Hillebrands uit Nietap. Inmiddels is het schuurgedeelte direct achter het woonhuis bijgetrokken bij het woonhuis waarbij de daarvoor gedane aanpassingen aan het exterieur de hoofdvorm niet ernstig ontsieren.
Omschrijving
Boerderij bestaande uit woonhuis en schuur. Schuur op rechthoekige grondslag en in baksteen opgetrokken en gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak met pannen onderlangs; achtergevel met korfboogvormige inrijdeur; sluitsteen met initialen en jaartal; smeedijzeren sierankers; staldeuren met gietijzeren rondboogbovenlicht en gietijzeren stalramen; zuidelijke zijgevel met 4-ruits stalvensters; noordelijke zijgevel heeft een oplichting gekregen en is voorzien van getoogde gietijzeren 8- ruits stalramen.
Woonhuis als samengesteld bouwvolume opgebouwd, bestaande uit een bouwlaag en gedekt door een samengesteld deels afgewolfd schilddak, bedekt met een geglazuurde platte fries; zinken pirons; geprofileerde goten op klossen (van snijwerk voorzien); windveren op opengewerkte en van snijwerk voorziene klossen. Gevelopbouw met plint (donkere steen); geglazuurde afzaten; rodebaksteen; natuurstenen speklaag; fries met natuurstenen profielsteen en siermetselwerk. Vensters van diverse afmetingen met oorspronkelijk kozijnhout; natuurstenen vensterbanken, lateien of sluitstenen. Portiek met paneeldeur met snijwerk; zijlichten met glas-in-lood. Rechts van de entree een erker met plat; openslaande deuren. Zuidzijde met serre; bovenlichten met glas-in-lood. Noordgevel met onder meer een kelderraam met diefijzers.

Description
FARMHOUSE consisting of a dwelling house and barn. The barn has as its earliest date the year 1857 in the keystone above the drive-in door and the initials F.A.; J.W. Subsequently the barn was probably extended by two bays and around 1910 the stable was widened whereby the roof was raised. The dwelling house was added in 1909 in Art Nouveau style and built on the orders of F. Deodatus to a design by architect H.C. Hillebrands from Nietap. Meanwhile the barn section directly behind the dwelling house has been joined to the dwelling house whereby the modifications made to the exterior for this purpose do not seriously disfigure the principal form.

Barn on a rectangular ground plan, built in brick and covered by a half-hipped thatched roof with tiles along the lower edge; rear facade with basket-arch drive-in door; keystone with initials and date; wrought-iron ornamental anchors; stable doors with cast-iron round-arch fanlight and cast-iron stable windows; southern side facade with 4-pane stable windows; northern side facade has been given a roof light and is provided with arched cast-iron 8-pane stable windows.
Dwelling house built as a composite building volume, consisting of one storey and covered by a composite partly half-hipped hipped roof, covered with a glazed flat frieze; zinc finials; moulded gutters on brackets (fitted with carved work); wind braces on openwork and carved brackets. Facade with plinth (dark stone); glazed string courses; red brick; natural stone speckled course; frieze with natural stone moulded stone and decorative brickwork. Windows of various sizes with original frame timber; natural stone window sills, lintels or keystones. Porch with panelled carved door; sidelights with leaded glass. Right of the entrance a bay window with flat; French doors. South side with conservatory; fanlights with leaded glass. North facade with among others a cellar window with theft bars.

Farmhouse, principal component of the complex, of architectural-historical importance because of the design, the use of materials, the high degree of integrity and recognisability and of townscape importance because of the special significance with regard to the surrounding buildings.
