Inleiding
BOERDERIJ met ten dele met keien bestraat erf, in aanleg eind 18e-eeuws met een 19e-eeuwse invulling van de achtergevel. De boerderij behoort typologisch gezien tot het hallehuis-type. In 1970 werd de boerderij in opdracht van F. Akker tot woonhuis verbouwd volgens plan van het Bureau Monumentenzorg van de Provincie Drenthe. Met de uitvoering werd de Fa. J.H. Linneman belast.
Buiten de bescherming valt de vernieuwde bijschuur.
Omschrijving
Boerderij met krimpen, opgetrokken in baksteen en gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak met gevlochten nok; schoorsteen; ver overkragend voorschild rustend op zware eiken klossen. Gevelopbouw in metselwerk; vlechtwerk; staafankers. Symmetrisch ingedeelde achtergevel met inrijdeur, aan weerszijden een 4- ruits stalraam en mestdeur; zijgevels schuur met kleine driehoekige stalramen en tot raam verbouwde mestdeuren. Woonhuis met gereconstrueerde 30-ruits schuiframen met luiken, paneeldeur en bovenlicht met snijwerk.

Boerderij met ten dele met keien bestraat erf van cultuurhistorisch belang vanwege de landbouwkundige ontwikkeling; van architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege het materiaalgebruik en de gaafheid en van stedebouwkundig belang vanwege de betekenis voor de oorspronkelijke nederzettingsstructuur.

Introduction
FARM with partly paved courtyard with paving stones, in layout late 18th-century with a 19th-century filling of the rear facade. The farm belongs typologically to the hall-house type. In 1970 the farm was converted to a dwelling house on behalf of F. Akker according to a plan by the Monuments Care Bureau of the Province of Drenthe. The execution was entrusted to the company J.H. Linneman.
Outside the protection falls the renewed auxiliary barn.
Description
Farm with shrinkage, constructed in brick and covered by a curved thatched roof with plaited ridge; chimney; far overhanging front board resting on heavy oak corbels. Facade construction in brickwork; half-timbering; rod anchors. Symmetrically arranged rear facade with carriage entrance, on either side a 4-pane stable window and manure door; side facades barn with small triangular stable windows and manure doors converted to windows. Dwelling house with reconstructed 30-pane sash windows with shutters, panel door and fanlight with fretwork.
