Inleiding
Evenwijdig aan de straat gelegen WOONHUIS gebouwd rond 1850 in een sobere classicistisch getinte baksteenarchitectuur. Aan achterzijde en zijgevels zijn wijzigingen toegevoegd die buiten de bescherming vallen.
Omschrijving
Op rechthoekige grondslag gebaseerd in baksteen opgetrokken woonhuis bestaande uit een bouwlaag met kap en gedekt door een steil schilddak belegd met geglazuurde hollandse pannen; schoorstenen (inmiddels zonder kap); een (vereenvoudigde) geprofileerde daklijst met gietijzeren goot. Symmetrische voorgevel met 6-ruits ramen; centraal gelegen paneeldeur met smeedijzeren sierrooster; rondboog bovenlicht; deuromlijsting; restanten van stoep met smeedijzeren kettingen en palen; gemetselde dakkapel met later aangebrachte topgevel.

Based on a rectangular ground plan, built in brickwork dwelling house consisting of one storey with roof space and covered by a steep hipped roof laid with glazed Dutch tiles; chimneys (now without caps); a (simplified) moulded cornice with cast-iron gutter. Symmetrical front facade with 6-pane windows; centrally located panelled door with wrought-iron decorative grille; round-arch fanlight; door surround; remains of step with wrought-iron chains and bollards; brick dormer with later-added stepped gable.
