KOETSHUIS gebouwd rond 1890 in een Eclectische stijl met motioeven ontleend aan de Chaletstijl. Het gebouw is met zorg verbouwd tot woonhuis.

Koetshuis op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken uit gepleisterde baksteen en gedekt door een zadeldak met overstek; doorhangende makelaar met snijwerkvulling; gootlijst met boeibord met snijwerk; eenvoudig geprofileerde windveren; schoorsteen. Gevelopbouw met donker gekleurde plint; lisenen met siermotieven; pleisterwerk met schijnvoegen. Topgevel met tot raam getransformeerde getoogde inrijdeur met daarboven een geprofileerde sierlijst waarin opgenomen een paardehoofd (beeldhouwwerk); aanweerszijden van het brede raam een spitsboog-venster met roedeverdeling; Zijgevels met vensters met eenvoudige wenkbrauwen, gietijzeren roedeverdeling (staande ruit); staldeur; getoogde inrijdeur (omgebouwd tot toegangsdeur); halfronde en ronde gietijzeren stalramen.

Voormalig koetshuis van cultuurhistorisch, architectuurhistorisch (mede vanwege de vormgeving) en stedebouwkundig belang; tevens van belang als voorheen functioneel onderdeel van het complex Bosch en Vaart.

Description
Carriage house on a rectangular ground plan constructed in rendered brick and covered by a gabled roof with overhang; drooping soffit with carved infill; gutter moulding with fascia board with carved work; simply profiled wind braces; chimney. Facade construction with dark-coloured plinth; pilaster strips with ornamental motifs; plasterwork with false joints. Gable end with arched loading door transformed into a window with above it a profiled ornamental moulding in which incorporated a horse head (sculpture); on either side of the broad window a pointed-arch window with glazing bars; side facades with windows with simple eyebrows, cast-iron glazing bars (vertical pane); stable door; arched loading door (rebuilt as entrance door); semi-circular and round cast-iron stable windows.
Valuation
Former carriage house of cultural-historical, architectural-historical (also because of the design) and urban-planning importance; moreover of importance as a previously functional component of the complex Bosch en Vaart.
