Vrijstaande villa uit 1917, gebouwd door architect A.H. Wegerif jr. in Engelse landhuisstijl.
Omschrijving
Villa op rechthoekige plattegrond, van twee bouwlagen hoog onder een met leipannen gedekt zadeldak. Het dak bevat twee dakkapellen onder gewelfde dakvlakken en twee gemetselde schoorstenen. De gevels zijn van baksteen. De vensters bezitten ruitvormig glas-in-lood.
De middenas van de voorgevel is als een driezijdige erkerpartij uitgebouwd, waarvan het benedendeel de ingang bevat en het bovendeel als houten loggia is uitgevoerd, gedekt door een tentdak. De voordeur is voorzien van ijzerbeslag. Aan de rechterkant bevindt zich op de eerste bouwlaag een kleine driezijdige erker. Daarboven is onder de goot een ovaalvormig venster geplaatst. In de toppen van de zijgevels is siermetselwerk aangebracht. Tegen de rechtergevel is een serre onder een lessenaarsdak aangebouwd. De middenas van de achtergevel is als risaliet behandeld en voorzien van een puntgevel met siermetselwerk. Links daarvan is de gevel gewelfd uitgebouwd, afgesloten door een vensterreeks onder de goot. De welving zet zich voort in het dak. Rond het huis is een bordes als overgang naar de tuin. Links van het huis is een garage onder een hoog zadeldak, waarvan de deuren eveneens voorzien zijn van ijzerbeslag.
De tuin wordt van de straat gescheiden door een tuinhek met gemetselde pijlers en houten toegangshek.

Villa on rectangular floor plan, two storeys high under a gabled roof covered with slate tiles. The roof contains two roof dormer windows under vaulted roof slopes and two mortared chimneys. The facades are of brick. The windows have diamond-patterned leaded glass.
The central axis of the front facade is built out as a three-sided bay window section, of which the lower part contains the entrance and the upper part is executed as a wooden loggia, covered by a tent roof. The front door is provided with iron fittings. On the right side there is a small three-sided bay window on the first storey. Above it, an oval window is placed below the gutter line. Decorative brickwork is incorporated in the tops of the side facades. Against the right facade, a conservatory under a lean-to roof is built on. The central axis of the rear facade is treated as a risalit and provided with a pointed gable with decorative brickwork. To the left of this the facade is curved outward, closed off by a row of windows below the gutter line. The curve continues into the roof. Around the house is a landing area as a transition to the garden. To the left of the house is a garage under a high gabled roof, of which the doors are likewise provided with iron fittings.
