Vrijstaand woonhuis uit het vierde kwart van de 19e eeuw, gebouwd in een eclectische stijl met voor de laat 19e-eeuwse badplaats-architectuur typerende veranda's en sierlijk gesneden houten lijsten.
Omschrijving
Woonhuis op rechthoekige plattegrond, bestaande uit begane grond en verdieping onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak, voorzien van gesneden houten daklijsten. De gevels zijn gepleisterd. Tegen de voorgevel bevindt zich een over begane grond en verdieping doorlopende houten veranda, die op de begane grond gesloten is en op de verdieping voorzien van gietijzeren balusters. Beide veranda's bezitten gesneden houten sierlijsten langs de bovenrand. In de linkerzijgevel is de ingang gesitueerd, die voorzien is van een gietijzeren rooster.
Aan de achterzijde is een smalle bakstenen aanbouw onder een plat dak. Iets links van het midden van de achtergevel van het huis bevindt zich een uitgemetselde schoorsteen.
De vensters bezitten uiteenlopende vormen, waaronder vier-ruits en zes-ruits schuifvensters. Het oorspronkelijke interieur is grotendeels bewaard gebleven.
Aan de achterzijde is als erfscheiding nog deels aanwezig een gietijzeren hekwerk tussen bakstenen pijlers met dekplaat.

Description
Dwelling on rectangular floor plan, consisting of ground floor and first floor under a gabled roof with tile cladding, provided with carved wooden roof edges. The facades are rendered. Against the front facade is situated a wooden veranda extending over ground floor and first floor, which is enclosed on the ground floor and on the first floor provided with cast-iron balusters. Both verandas possess carved wooden ornamental mouldings along the upper edge. The entrance is situated in the left side facade, provided with cast-iron grillwork.
At the rear is a narrow brick extension under a flat roof. Slightly to the left of the middle of the rear facade of the house is a projecting chimney.
The windows possess varied forms, including four-pane and six-pane sash windows. The original interior is largely preserved.
At the rear, a cast-iron fence between brick piers with coping is partly present as boundary demarcation.
Valuation
