Hoekpand van drie bouwlagen met zadeldak met wolfseind aan de voorzijde, loodrecht op de Oudegracht.
Het 17e eeuwse pand, mogelijk van oudere oorsprong, bevat drie bouwlagen, maar is vermoedelijk ontstaan als pand met hoge beganegrond met insteek, die later tot verdieping is uitgebreid. De voorgevel is in 1936 vernieuwd, is drie vensters breed en heeft een winkelpui. De lijstgevel aan de Lange Smeestraat is wit gepleisterd en heeft een onregelmatige indeling. Muurankers verlevendigen het beeld van deze gevel. Aan deze zijde is een buitentrap naar de kelder. Het pand is geheel onderkelderd en heeft een werfkelder. Description
Corner building of three storeys with gabled roof with half-hipped roof at the front, perpendicular to the Oudegracht.
The 17th-century building, possibly of older origin, contains three storeys, but is presumed to have originated as a building with high ground floor with recessed upper storey, which was later expanded to a full storey. The front facade was renewed in 1936, is three windows wide and has a shop frontage. The cornice-topped facade on the Lange Smeestraat is white plastered and has an irregular layout. Ornamental wall anchors enliven the appearance of this facade. On this side is an external stair to the cellar. The building is completely cellared and has a yard cellar. The high gabled roof was renewed above the lowest beam with a shallower roof pitch, but the very distinctive rear facade indicates the old appearance.
