Omschrijving
Binnen het beschermde dorpsgezicht Raren gelegen, uit de 19e eeuw daterend VAKWERKHUIS op rechthoekige plattegrond, met verdieping en onder met blauwe Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak (nok/straat) met afhang aan de achterzijde.
De voorgevel is omstreeks 1900 voorzien van een klamp in schoon metselwerk met gepleisterde plint, van een getoogde paneeldeur en van getoogde 6-ruits vensters op de begane grond (twee) en de verdieping (drie). Het vakwerk heeft met baksteen gevulde vakken en donker stijl- en regelwerk.
Vanwege de constructie, de gaafheid en de samenhang met Rarenderstraat 65 en het omringende beschermde dorpsgezicht een goed en representatief voorbeeld van 19e eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
Located within the protected village character of Raren, HALF-TIMBERED HOUSE dating from the 19th century on rectangular floor plan, with storey and under gabled roof covered with blue Dutch tiles (ridge/street) with overhang at the rear.
The front facade was provided around 1900 with a clamping in fair brickwork with rendered plinth, with an arched panel door and arched 6-pane windows on the ground floor (two) and the storey (three). The timber framing has brick-filled panels and dark stile and rail work.
Because of the construction, the integrity and the relationship with Rarenderstraat 65 and the surrounding protected village character of Raren, a good and representative example of 19th century timber-framed construction and as such of importance from the point of view of archaeological and folkloristic value.
