Omschrijving
In oorsprong wellicht 17e-eeuwse T-BOERDERIJ - genaamd het Blauwe Huis - onder (vernieuwde) rieten wolfdaken, met latere aanbouw.
De gevels van het voormalige woonhuisgedeelte zijn witgepleisterd, rechts bevindt zich de onderkelderde opkamer, met een rechtafgesloten en een getoogd keldervenster, en twee schuifvensters met kleine roedenverdeling (vernieuwd) en luiken te weerszijden daarboven, en vier dito vensters in het linkergevelgedeelte, waarboven een vijftal, deels gekoppelde lage vensters is aangebracht.
De linkerzijgevel bevat links een deur en rechts een schuifvenster met (vernieuwde) roedenverdeling en luiken en in de top een laag venster.
De dwars op dit voormalige woonhuis staande schuur bevat lage zijgevels met halfronde stalvensters en een achtergevel met getoogde inrijdeuren in het midden, twee vierruitsvensters terzijde en een hooiluik daarboven en in de uiterste zijden twee mestdeurtjes, alsmede vlechtingen in de afgeschuinde bovenzijde.
Aan de NW-zijde van deze schuur is over de hele lengte een tweede, wellicht uit de 19e eeuw daterende schuur geplaatst, en met de eerste door middel van een tussenlid verbonden, onder pannen zadeldak en met witgepleisterde gevels met zwartgeteerde plint, waarbij de lange NW-zijgevel is voorzien van halfronde stalvensters en de korte NO-puntgevel van twee mestdeuren terzijden en in het midden een deur en een hooiluik,en waarbij de korte ZW-puntgevel slechts een mestluik en een tondo bevat.
Voormalig boerderijcomplex van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur met als kern de voor het Utrechtse weidegebied kenmerkende T-boerderij, met dwars voorhuis, met onderkelderde opkamer, en driebeukige schuur, onder rieten wolfdaken.

Description
Originally possibly 17th-century T-FARMHOUSE - called the Blue House - under (renewed) thatched half-hipped roofs, with later extension.
The facades of the former dwelling house section are whitewashed, on the right is located the cellared upper chamber, with a straight-ended and an arched cellar window, and two sash windows with small glazing bars (renewed) and shutters on either side above, and four likewise windows in the left facade section, above which a series of five, partly coupled low windows is installed.
The left side gable contains on the left a door and on the right a sash window with (renewed) glazing bars and shutters and in the top a low window.
The barn standing transverse to this former dwelling house contains low side gables with semi-circular stable windows and a rear facade with arched carriage doors in the middle, two four-pane windows to either side and a hay door above and in the outermost sides two manure doors, as well as wattle work in the bevelled upper section.
On the NW side of this barn a second barn, possibly dating from the 19th century, is placed over the entire length, and connected to the first by means of an intermediate section, under gabled roof with tiles and with whitewashed facades with tar-blacked plinth, whereby the long NW side gable is provided with semi-circular stable windows and the short NE pointed gable with two manure doors to either side and in the middle a door and a hay door, and whereby the short SW pointed gable contains only a manure door and a tondo.
Former farmyard complex of simple yet harmonious architecture with as core the T-farmhouse characteristic for the Utrecht meadow area, with transverse front house, with cellared upper chamber, and three-aisle barn, under thatched half-hipped roofs.
