Omschrijving
Midden 19e eeuws, blokvormig pand, onderkelderd en met verdieping onder omlopend pannen schilddak met dakkapellen; in het midden voorzien van een ingang met eenvoudige omlijsting, en voorts is de voorgevel voorzien van schuifvensters zonder roedeverdeling, waarvan de onderkanten aansluiten op doorlopende cordonlijsten, en afgesloten door een omlopende kroonlijst met tandlijst. De rechterzijgevel - eertijds tussengevel - is blind, de achtergevel gepleisterd.
Te linkerzijde aangebouwd een laag koetshuis, geheel gepleisterd, onder afgeplat zadeldak met een door vier rondboogvormig afgesloten vensters en deuren onderbroken cordonlijst, en afgesloten met een rechte gootlijst.
Twee panden, deeluitmakend van de door J.D. Zocher ontworpen stadsaanleg ter plaatse van de v.m. stadswallen.

Description
Mid-19th century, cubic building, cellared and with storey under surrounding hipped roof with tiles and roof dormers; in the middle provided with an entrance with simple frame, and furthermore the front facade is provided with sash windows without glazing bars, of which the lower edges align with continuous string courses, and terminated by a surrounding cornice with dentil course. The right side gable - formerly intermediate gable - is blind, the rear facade plastered.
Attached to the left side a low carriage house, entirely plastered, under flattened gabled roof with a string course interrupted by four round-arched windows and doors, and terminated with a straight gutter moulding.
Two buildings, forming part of the urban development designed by J.D. Zocher at the location of the former city walls.
