Mooi aan een zandweg tussen hoog geboomte gelegen eind 19e-/begin 20e-eeuwse oosttwentse VAKWERKSCHUUR.
De schuur vormt een geheel met de aan de overzijde van de zandweg gelegen eveneens beschermde eind 19e-/begin 20e-eeuwse boerderij Hooidijk 35.
Grote schuur bestaande uit houtconstructie met ankerbalkgebintstellen en baksteenvullingen, gedekt door een vrij hoog opgaand met pannen belegd zadeldak tussen twee met hout beschoten topgevels met aan de achterzijde overstek en aan de voorzijde overstek en hooiluik; windveren; gesneden stiepelteken; vlechtingen langs de geveltoppen; spatlijst. De voorgevel uitgerust met teruggeplaatste dubbele opgeklampte inrijdeuren, te weerszijden waarvan de staldeuren; de zesruitsvensters niet oorspronkelijk. De achtergevel op dezelfde wijze uitgerust, de inrijdeuren echter niet teruggeplaatst. In de zijgevel opgeklampte staldeuren en vierruitsstalramen.

Description
Beautiful half-timbered barn from the late 19th/early 20th century situated on a sandy track between tall trees in East Twente.
The barn forms a unified whole with the equally protected late 19th/early 20th century farmhouse Hooidijk 35 situated on the opposite side of the sandy track.
Large barn consisting of timber construction with anchor beam trusses and brick infill, covered by a fairly steeply pitched gabled roof clad with tiles between two timber-clad gable ends with oversail on the rear and oversail and hay opening on the front; wind braces; carved stiepelteken; weaving along the gable tops; drip moulding. The front gable equipped with recessed double clamped carriageways, on either side of which the stable doors; the six-pane windows not original. The rear gable equipped in the same manner, the carriageways however not recessed. Clamped stable doors and four-pane stable windows in the side gable.
Large late 19th/early 20th century half-timbered barn of importance due to its beautiful situation, the traditional East Twente architectural design and the relationship to the equally protected farmhouse opposite.
