Inleiding
Aan het begin van de oprijlaan gesitueerd INRIJHEK, XX-a, uit 1913, volgens gevelsteen gerestaureerd in opdracht van P.A. Camphuis. In verband met een verlegging van de Hoofdweg is de poort in 1939 75 meter in oostelijke richting verplaatst. De fascimile vazen in barokke stijl zijn vermoedelijk reproducties van twee oorspronkelijke vazen die in de 19e eeuw door Westerhoff zijn verkocht aan het paleis 't Loo te Apeldoorn.
Omschrijving
Toegangshek bestaande uit gemetselde kolommen of pylonen met basement, cordonlijsten kapitelen van Bentheimer zandsteen met daarop twee grote op voetstukken geplaatste vazen van Obernkirchener zandsteen in 18e-eeuwse stijl; de naam VENNE - BROEK in zandsteen tussen dekplaat en een cordonlijst; pijlers aan bovenzijde door zware koppelbalk verbonden en aan achterzijde geschraagd door schuine ijzeren staven; twee zware ijzeren hekvleugels met vierkante donkergroene spijlen, eindigend in witte platte punten; ijzeren, veel lagere zijhekjes in dezelfde uitvoering.

Introduction
Situated at the beginning of the approach drive, ENTRANCE GATE, 18th century, from 1913, according to facade stone restored on behalf of P.A. Camphuis. In connection with a relocation of the Hoofdweg the gate was moved 75 metres in an easterly direction in 1939. The facsimile vases in baroque style are presumably reproductions of two original vases which in the 19th century were sold by Westerhoff to the Palace 't Loo in Apeldoorn.
Description
Access gate consisting of mortared columns or pylons with base course, band courses and capitals of Bentheimer sandstone with two large vases placed on plinths of Obernkirchener sandstone in 18th-century style; the name VENNE - BROEK in sandstone between cap stone and a band course; piers at top connected by heavy coupling beam and braced on the rear by slanting iron rods; two heavy iron gate wings with square dark green spikes, ending in white flat points; iron, much lower side gates in the same execution.
