Zeer mooi direct aan de IJsseldijk gelegen tweede helft 19e-eeuwse T-BOERDERIJ met middenlangsdeel.
Het tegen de IJsseldijk aan gebouwde woongedeelte opgetrokken uit baksteen en gedekt door een met pannen belegd schilddak; twee hoekschoorstenen met borden; staafankers; eenvoudig geprofileerde gietijzeren gootlijst en gootsteen. Dakkapel onder met pannen belegd zadeldakje met eenvoudig gesneden obelisk in voorschild. In de voorgevel eenvoudig geprofileerde opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht te weerszijden waarvan twee zesruitsschuiframen; alle lichtgetoogd, met 1,5 steens hanekammen en opgeklampte luiken. In de zijgevels eveneens lichtgetoogde zesruitsschuiframen; vierruitsraam; deur; sommige met luiken. Het bedrijfsgedeelte onder met pannen belegd afgeplat zadeldak; windveren; staafankers; lichtgetoogde en rechtgesloten deel- en staldeuren; lichtgetoogde stalvensters met gietijzeren tracering.
Tweede helft 19e-eeuwse T-boerderij met middenlangsdeel van belang wegens de mooie ligging direct aan de IJsseldijk en de, de IJsselstreek karakteriserende, hoofdvorm en met name de vormgeving van het woongedeelte.

Description
Extremely beautiful second half 19th-century T-FARMHOUSE with central longitudinal section located directly on the IJsseldijk.
The residential section built against the IJsseldijk built of brick and covered by a hipped roof with tiles; two corner chimneys with boards; rod anchors; simply profiled cast iron cornice and gutter. Dormer window with tiled saddle roof with simply carved obelisk in the front gable. In the front facade simply profiled clamped door with fanlight either side of which two six-light sash windows; all lightly arched, with 1.5-brick high cock combs and clamped shutters. In the side facades likewise lightly arched six-light sash windows; four-light window; door; some with shutters. The business section covered with tile flattened saddle roof; wind vanes; rod anchors; lightly arched and right-angled partition and stable doors; lightly arched stable windows with cast iron tracery.
Second half 19th-century T-farmhouse with central longitudinal section of importance due to the beautiful location directly on the IJsseldijk and the main form and design characteristic of the IJssel region, in particular the design of the residential section.
