Omschrijving
Eenvoudig 19e eeuws vakwerkhuis (voormalige boerderij) op L-vormige plattegrond, zonder verdieping en onder met blauwe muldenpannen gedekte zadeldaken.
De witgeverfde kopgevel aan de straat is opgetrokken in baksteen, heeft een zwarte plint en twee T-vensters in de geveltop.
De vakwerkgevels hebben een iets uitspringende, zwarte stenen plint, zwart stijl- en regelwerk, voor het merendeel witgeverfde en met leem gevulde vakken, voor een klein gedeelte met schoon metselwerk gevulde vakken en vrij kleine vensteropeningen.
In het (voormalige) schuurgedeelte drie staldeuren, een venster en onder de dakrand twee luikopeningen.
Vanwege de constructie, de hoofdvorm en de vrij bescheiden gevelopeningen een vrij gaaf en representatief voorbeeld van 19e eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
Simple 19th century half-timbered house (former farmhouse) on an L-shaped plan, without an upper storey and under gabled roofs covered with blue pantiles.
The whitewashed gable end facing the street is constructed in brick, has a black plinth and two T-windows in the gable top.
The half-timbered gables have a slightly projecting black stone plinth, black timber framing, for the most part whitewashed panels filled with clay, for a small part panels filled with fair-faced brickwork and fairly small window openings.
In the (former) barn section three stable doors, a window and under the roof edge two shutter openings.
Because of the construction, the main form and the fairly modest window openings, a fairly intact and representative example of 19th century half-timbered construction and as such of significance from the point of view of archaeological and ethnological value.
