Omschrijving
MOLENAARSHUIS in de vorm van een boerderij van het T-huistype met middenlangsdeel.
Woongedeelte onder met zwarte gesmoorde hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak, dat op de nokuiteinden schoorstenen draagt; omlopende lijst met klossen. Voorgevel met symmetrische indeling in vijf assen. Vensters in voor- en zijgevel voorzien van 6-ruitsschuiframen en luiken. Het achterdeel gedekt deels met rode pannen, deels met zwarte pannen. Op de linkerhoek stichtingssteen met het jaartal 1830. 6-ruitsschuiframen uit de bouwtijd; voordeur en daarboven gelegen dakkapel begin 20e eeuw. Het huis, dat behoorde bij een in 1870 gesloopte papiermolen in de Kamperbeek, is als blikvanger geplaatst in de as van de zuidelijk flanklaan van het hoofdgebouw.

Description
MILLER'S HOUSE in the form of a farmhouse of the T-house type with centre-axial-aisle.
Dwelling section covered with black pantiles laid smooth hipped roof, which carries chimneys at the roof ridge ends; continuous moulding with blocks. Front facade with symmetrical arrangement in five bays. Windows in front and side facade furnished with 6-pane sash frames and shutters. The rear part covered partly with red tiles, partly with black tiles. On the left corner foundational stone with the year 1830. 6-pane sash frames from the building period; front door and above it located roof dormer early 20th century. The house, which belonged to a paper mill in the Kamperbeek demolished in 1870, is positioned as an eyecatcher in the axis of the southern flank avenue of the main building.
