Naar ontwerp van de "Vereeniging De Hollandsche Molen", met gebruikmaking van onderdelen van de in 1963 afgebroken van 1841 daterende molen van Gasselternijveen en een poldermolen uit Kropswolde, nieuw gebouwde in 1971 voltooide korenmolen.
Ronde gemetselde bovenkruier met stelling en met rietgedekte houten kap; twee metalen roeden met hekwerk.
Enkele en dubbele gedrukte halfrond gesloten deuren; gedrukte halfrond gesloten vensters met zesruits-indeling.

Built in 1971 to the design of the "Association De Hollandsche Molen", using components from the mill of Gasselternijveen dating from 1841 and demolished in 1963 and a polder mill from Kropswolde, newly constructed grain mill.
Round masonry upper mill with staging and reed-thatched wooden cap; two metal sails with framework.
Single and double pressed half-round closed doors; pressed half-round closed windows with six-pane glazing.
