Inleiding
Schippers- of rederswoning van 1801 met aanbouwen en dwarsvolume van latere datum. Het pand is leegstaand en in zeer slechte staat. Erfbeplanting.
Omschrijving
Woning opgetrokken in handgevormde baksteen over één bouwlaag onder zadeldak met cementpan.
Voorgevel aan de straat met vlechtwerk en jaartalanker met "WT1801GK". Drie vensteropeningen onder strek op de begane grond, twee op de verdieping. Geheel links, in het aangebouwde deel een deurkozijn met pen en gat verbindingen.
Aan de rechterzijde een aanbouw. In de kopgevel hiervan drie vensteropeningen met segmentbogen op de begane grond en twee op de verdieping. In de zijgevel aan de straatzijde een venster en een deuropening onder een rollaag. In het dakschild een dakkapel. In de andere zijgevel van de aanbouw een venster. Het overige gedeelte van de rechterzijde is nieuw.
De achterzijde is dichtgetimmerd en aangestreken met specie.
Aan de linkerzijde bevindt zich de verder blinde aanbouw van latere datum.
Waardering
Woning van cultuur-, architectuurhistorische en stedebouwkundig belang:

Dwelling built in hand-formed brick over one storey under a gabled roof with cement tiles.
Front facade facing the street with brickwork and date anchor with "WT1801GK". Three window openings under a lintel on the ground floor, two on the upper floor. At the far left, in the adjoining part a door frame with mortise and tenon joints.
On the right side an addition. In the gable end of this a gable with three window openings with segmental arches on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. In the side facade facing the street a window and a door opening under a rollmould. In the roof hip a roof dormer. In the other side facade of the addition a window. The remainder of the right side is new.
The rear is boarded up and pointed with mortar.
On the left side is the further blank addition of a later date.
