Boerderij "'t Alverlies"; landschappelijk fraai gelegen, witgepleisterde boerderij (XIX A) van het middenlangsdeeltype met dwarsgeplaatst voorhuis; voorhuis onder met riet gedekt schilddak, schuurgedeelte onder met riet en blauwe Hollandse pannen gedekt wolfdak; in het woongedeelte, dat nog zijn oorspronkelijke interieur indeling heeft, 6-ruits schuifvenster met luiken; schuurgedeelte met behoud van karakter aangepast aan het gebruik als paardestal; aansluitend op de achtergevel van het schuurgedeelte een muur met poort.
Los op het erf een witgepleisterd bakhuis onder met blauwe Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak, met 4-ruits venster met luik en opgeklampte deur, en een witgepleisterde/geverfde schuur onder met blauwe Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak en met houten schoorstenen.
Mede gezien de fraaie situering en het behoud van het oorspronkelijk karakter is dit hoevecomplex, ofschoon het niet meer als zodanig in gebruik is, een goed voorbeeld van een Betuwse boerenplaats uit de eerste helft van de 19e eeuw.

Farmhouse "'t Alverlies"; pleasantly situated in the landscape, white-rendered farmhouse (XIX A) of the middle-longitudinal-section type with transverse positioned front house; front house under thatch-covered hipped roof, barn section under thatch and blue Dutch tile-covered half-hipped roof; in the residential section, which still has its original interior layout, 6-pane sash window with shutters; barn section adapted while maintaining character to use as horse stable; adjoining the rear facade of the barn section a wall with gate.
Separately on the yard a white-rendered bakehouse under blue Dutch tile-covered gabled roof, with 4-pane window with shutter and clamped door, and a white-rendered/painted barn under blue Dutch tile-covered gabled roof and with timber chimneys.
Also viewed in light of the pleasant situation and the preservation of the original character, this farmstead complex, although no longer used as such, is a good example of a Betuwe farm from the first half of the nineteenth century.
