Gemetselde boogbrug met in siermetselwerk uitgevoerde draagmuren, waarbij de buitenzijden inzwenken en de muren langs de weg een opwaartse bolling vertonen, ontworpen in 1917-18 door M. Kropholler als onderdeel van het villapark "Meerwijk". Boogbrug met voor Amsterdamse Schoolstijl kenmerkende plastische vormen en toepassing van bijzondere metsel-details en van belang als onderdeel van het als een geheel opgezette villapark met stilistisch verwante villa's - op initiatief van de Amsterdamse tegelhandelaar A. Description
Arched brick bridge with load-bearing walls executed in ornamental brickwork, in which the outer sides curve inward and the walls along the road show an upward bulging, designed in 1917-18 by M. Kropholler as part of the villa park "Meerwijk". Arched bridge with plastic forms characteristic of Amsterdam School style and application of special brickwork details and of importance as part of the villa park established as a unified whole with stylistically related villas - at the initiative of Amsterdam tile-merchant A. Heystee.
